One of the best all in one tools that performs much better than its competitors is the Sysinfo Email Converter Tool. The user can input email files such as PST, OST, EML, EMLX, MSG, OLM, Maildir, and MBOX and convert them into more than 18 formats such as PST, EML, MBOX, CSV, JPG, HTML, DOC MSG, etc. The user can use the same tool to Migrate the current file format into another email client such as Office 365, Gmail, G Suite, and IMAP. Many inbuilt features are provided in the tool so that the conversion becomes easy and more customized. The user can use the Date Range filter to filter the email files between specific dates. Just add the start and the end date between which you want the files to filter. Also, if the user wants to name the folder according to their choice, they can use the Costum Folder Name Option. Using this feature the name of the resultant folder can be changed, if this option is not used then by default the folder or the file name will be the same as before. After the conversion is completed there is no disturbance in the hierarchy of the folder. The original positions of the folder and the subfolder are maintained. If there are large numbers of files then the files may have identical files in the same folder. To remove these identical files there is a feature called Remove Duplicate Files. If the user puts a check on this feature then the duplicate files will be automatically deleted and your space will be saved. The duplicates can be removed based on To, From, Subject, BCC, and Body. Furthermore, if the files are large then the PST files can also be split into smaller sizes using the option Split large PST. The user needs to enter the size and the resultant PST file will be split. The GUI of the tool is designed in such a way that any user who is even new to file conversion can easily use the tool to convert the files. Moreover, it is compatible with all the versions of Windows OS.
