It introduces new approaches for designing applications and boosts productivity of database application development. Key Features: * Flexible Connectivity dotConnect for MySQL can operate in Direct mode without MySQL client library and in Client mode with usage of libmysql.dll. * Database Application Development Extensions dotConnect for MySQL has a rich set of design time tools that leverage the development process greatly. Particularly, there are convenient design time component editors, wizards and managers, toolset for live data binding, DDEX, a and much more. dotConnect Express for MySQL integrates tightly with Data Designer Extensibility features (DDEX) which allow to design applications in more convenient and fast way. This integration makes possible using such tools as DataSet Designer, Data Source wizard, Query Builder, TableAdapter configuration, Preview Data capability and configuration web SqlDataSource component greatly easier. Users can use integration with Server Explorer to open data connections and to log on to servers, and explore databases. With Server Explorer users also can view and retrieve information from all of the databases they are connected to. It is possible to use Server Explorer for listing database tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and expansion individual nodes to list columns or arguments.
