CyberMatrix Meeting Manager is a user-friendly multi-user application for reserving meetings and meeting room resources. Use Meeting Manager to reserve conference rooms, reserve board meetings, reserve resources, reserve classrooms, reserve church events, reserve rental cars, reserve driving instructors and even reserve tennis courts and squash courts. Meeting Manager can handle all your meeting reservation needs. The resources that are reserved can be the rooms themselves or the equipment required for the meetings such as overhead projectors, whiteboards and laptops. The capacity-based reservation feature allows you to reserve multiple people to a single resource at the same time without going over capacity. Meeting Manager Standard comes with its own self-contained database engine so you don't have to setup a complicated database server. Meeting Manager features sophisticated recurring bookings having daily, weekly and monthly options. Bookings can be moved by dragging and dropping or by cutting and pasting from resource to resource or day to day. You can view bookings of a single resource in day, week or month views. You can also see the bookings of all resources in a single day or the entire week. The search features help you to find obscure bookings quickly as well as find openings at a certain time or of a certain duration. Security options restrict who can see and change what data. Booking reports list and summarize schedule data. You can even modify the reports or build your own. The email scripting feature enables you to determine which information is sent in reminder notices and change emails. Contacts can be imported from Microsoft Outlook. Booking data can be exported and imported in CVS format. An ODBC driver is available to allow you to access Meeting Manager data from other applications.
