Office 365 Migration Software is an essential utility to backup and migrate Office 365 emails to multiple file formats and email clients. It is compatible to export Office 365 mailbox to PST, users can also perform Office 365 tenant to tenant Migration, or they can try to migrate Office 365 to a new tenant. This advanced utility exports all the file data including Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Categories, & Documents. Additionally, users get an option to migrate Office 365 Mailbox, In-place Archive, & Public Folder. You can also select the Assign Impersonation Right feature which allows you to include all the mailbox user groups. Simply download and install this Office 365 Migration Tool and run it as an administrator. Now select the Backup or Restore option according to your purpose. After choosing backup, enter the username and password and click the Sign-in button. You can also check the Assign Impersonation Right option to include all the mailbox users. The following wizard will offer you to select the Backup option from Mailbox, In-place Archive, and Public Folder. It also previews the list of all the mailbox users group. In the Next step, you will see a tree structure of your Office 365 mailbox data. Here, select the folders that you want to backup or migrate. Now, click on the Next button and select the resultant file formats or email clients from the dropdown menu of the Saves/Backup/Migrate As option. After that, you can opt for its advanced features to optimize the backup/migration process. Now, enter the Custom Folder Name and specify the destination location for the resultant file format. Click on the Convert button to start the process. Once, it has been completed, this Office 365 email migration tool shows the entire report. You can select the Download Report option to save it on your system. Office 365 Email Migration Tool also provides an option to try its free demo version which allows users to analyze its performance.
