All the emails with their emails attached would be downloaded into the local hard drive. The software provides various functionalities such as specific email backup, archive yahoo emails, particular email folder backup and much more. The feature provided for downloading specific emails is through the usage of Date filters. The user can set a date range while migrating Yahoo Mail to Outlook and the emails within the date range will only be exported. Other option is to check particular email folders. In this, the included folder is only backed up and the rest is not saving the migration time. Before the export of Yahoo Mail to Outlook is started the user is allowed to set a bandwidth preference for the process to complete successfully when the internet speed is not so good. An attractive feature offered when migrating Yahoo Mail to Outlook is to delete the emails automatically from Yahoo server after they are downloaded safely to the local system. The Outlook is needed to be installed on machine for the backup to take place, and the application works on all Window versions.
