This free software product allows capturing traffic between USB device driver and USB device, while being transparent for the device. High efficiency and the amount of information Simple USB Logger provides allows to analyze the behavior of any USB device. Thanks to crash dump analysis function, you can analyze the USB traffic even when BSOD occurs during USB device usage. Convenient UI helps to study the captured data quickly and effectively. Distinguishing features: Simple Monitoring Technology. This new technology of traffic capturing is based on operation of a usual Lower Filter. But our unique features allow loading driver filter to the stack of the analyzed USB device only. This increases the reliability and performance in several times. Support of Hardware and Virtual USB buses. Now you can monitor any USB device, it does not matter whether it is a real device plugged into hardware USB port or virtual USB device connected via any USB redirection software of any vendor! Advanced URB parser. Simple USB Logger can display the structures of URB requests in both full and simple form. In simple view mode it shows only critical data! Crash dump analysis. If BSOD occurs while you are working with USB device, you can get log file from memory.dmp file. It allows to see what were the last requests USB device processed. Quick search feature. Simple USB Logger can quickly find packets that were completed with error and packets of device configuration selection. To move to such packets you just need to press the button on tool bar! Visual tracer of submitted and completed requests. Simple USB Logger aways follows the sequence of URB packets and shows pairs of request submissions and completions. Endpoint filter. USB Logger allows setting endpoint filters, thus making it possible to display only chosen endpoint packets in log file. Advanced descriptor parser. USB Logger parses all main USB device descriptors and shows them in the window in the structured form.
