Jumble Key definitively solves Word Jumble and Crossword puzzles. It is a powerful program, yet is quick and easy to use. Given a letter pattern, it checks all possible letter combinations with its built in dictionary and returns all valid words that it finds. For example, if you are looking for all words that can be created with the letters 'eeeirnng' then you'd just enter those letters into Jumble Key, click the 'start word search' button, and then in a few words you'd have your answer (one word found - 'engineer'). Jumble Key checks all possible letter combinations (in this case, 40,320 combinations for an eight letter word jumble). Checking crosswords is similarly easy. If you want to find a five letter word that ends in 'eer' and whose third letter is 'g' then you'd enter '--g--eer' in Jumble Key (using a '-' to represent unknown letters) and then click the 'start word search' button. Jumble Key then checks out all 456,976 possible words in its dictionary and returns all valid words that it found. In this case, it was only one word ('engineer'). If you are trying to solve or create these kinds of word puzzles, or any other related word problems, then this program will be an invaluable resource for you.
